First rate, Shiela is always as helpful as she can be and the nurse who did the blood test was efficient and friendly thank you all.

Telephone calls are always extremely difficult I guess due to the amount of people you dealing with.

Phoned 18/04/2024 and receptionist told my wife that the X-ray results on her right hip was normal. She replied that she would phone the doctors for an appointment on Monday but I managed to get her appointment Friday afternoon. Doctor told her that her right hip is severe deterioration and he would refer her to the hospital. My wife is also a carer and at present moving about the house on Rollators.

Receptionist needs to check results properly and make it easier to get appointments.
