Confusion seems to surround entering up to date information on patient record. On several occasions when ringing to confirm appointment with for example physiotherapist, the appointment having been previously given by the surgery is non existent!

Utilise the approach adopted by Sheila who is a shining example of efficiency.

The surgery is at it's lowest. Drastic measures are required and yesterday.

I've been waiting for four weeks now for a simple email with physiotherapy exercices. Still waiting. I told the doctor that the situation is proving difficult to handle and I'm suffering not only physically but also mentally.... To my surprise the doctor wasn't phased by my worries and concerns and continued with the old "take some paracetamol". The only member of staff that cares and goes above and beyond is Lorraine. You should be proud of having her.

It has definitely been easier to get appointments to see someone in the surgery for a while now. The system of releasing appointments at 8 and then 12 really helps as does the option of holding your place in the queue and waiting for the surgery to ring you back!

As always Sam, the Practice Nurse, was thorough, explained it clearly and was absolutely brilliant in her care and service provided. Sheila was also her brilliant best as always in welcoming you to the surgery and providing appointments when needed.

never any appointments after 010 00 or can't get through

after having my prostate removed was told by the urology department at Northampton general hospital that my 3 monthly p s a blood test can be done at my local surgery was told on Thursday 27th at my psa blood test appointment that I should have this done at the hospital where do I stand only doing what the hospital told me to do
