After experiencing a very poor or almost none existent experience at my former practice, Queensview was recommended to me by current patients. I am so pleased that I have changed to Queensview.
I have experienced the best service by far and it has given me my faith back in the NHS.

I rang at 8am, was second in the queue as per answer message then was offered appt for 9.10 am

The waiting time can be long when you are on the phone to make appointments to see the doctor

Perhaps more staff should be able to answer the phones at the beginning of the morning and lunchtime when it’s at the most busiest times

Receptionist was nice, doctor was great. Listened to all my problems and us running tests. Did a general check and prescribed medication to help.

I was booked for 2 appointments on the same day to see 2 different nurses. One was for an urgent blood test, one was to remove a stitch from my head. The nurse who did my blood test refused to remove the stitch from my head because she ‘didn’t have time’. Even though I was told by reception it could be done in the same appointment. Meaning I had to come back later to see another nurse for a 1 minute appointment which I’m sure would’ve been useful for someone else. Over an hour of walking when you’re nauseous, unwell and in this heat just because one nurse wants to do the bare minimum.
