It was easy to get an appointment at this attempt.not always the case tho

I was given first rate service both by your reception staff Sheila always has a smile and tries her best to help and the Doctor did the same including getting me into physio quickly hopefully NGH will do the same for the scan as I have said I do not go to the doctors unless needed and I was totally pleased with my service thank you.

No I don’t think it can be improved unless you can get such things such as scans quicker from the hospital which I know isn’t possible.

Just depends what time you phone if you are able to be answereed when you phone staff are extremely helpful....as expected tricky to get a same day aplountment but if you can wait till next day you will be helped

Send the text message confirming appointment 24 before said appountment would be great

I was very happy with my last appointment. The Nurse was very helpful and professional. She created an action plan and explained it to me step by step.

Waiting time was around 45 minutes.
