Doctors and nurses have always been brilliant. The male doctor I saw on Friday was very efficient, doctor Bansal has been helpful/responsive and Lorraine has always been fantastic. One of the receptionist (Laura?) was very helpful on the two occasion I have spoken to her in the last week, however, 2 other reception staff were very rude and unhelpful!! On the 4 phone calls I’ve had with them recently they have told me the wrong information, told me I was wrong then didn’t apologise when there realised they were wrong and kept trying to hang up. They have an attitude and very rude. Due to them providing the wrong information my referal to sdec was delayed by 5 days until I asked for an appointment. I’m pleased I’m a patient who can stand up for them self and not someone who would have just accepted there answer. Laura (?) had the right information and booked me an appointment. I have spoke to other patients at the surgery who have also commented on how rude the two reception staff can be. I am normally a great advocate for queensview but in this instance the reception staff live up to the stereotype. I hope the good doctors/nurses/admin get recognised for the fantastic job they do!! The call back system is also a great addition
