From dialling 111 i was seen + given a prescription in 45 mins , the people were very pleasant & surroundings new + clean

I had to wait 50 minutes for my appointment , i arrived on time but the GP was 50 mins late v disappointing

It is hard to get a booked appointment unless it is for scheduled care eg; asthma review , baby jabs . I would prefer to see the same person consistently but it is always someone different.
