I have now attended this surgery twice since the amalgamation with Denbigh St Centre. The service has been excellent - the appointments punctual, the reception v. courteous and efficient and the Doctors Neogi and Pasha - extremely helpful, diagnostically and supportive. I am delighted to have this serivce.

Ridiculously long waiting times for walk ins! Appointments are almost impossible to make, with a waiting time of around 3-4 weeks to see a GP. The merging of two practices has crippled its ability to serve the community and offer an efficient, reliable and consistent service! I'm astounded by this lackadaisical approach and the lack of consideration for patients. The walk in service offered on weekends books out within 15 mins most often and waiting times exceed 2.5 hours, how is this fair on patients that need medical assistance. The waiting area is cold, uninspiring and dull; where's the colour, the life?! Not even magazines to pass the hours! I will not be returning to use this practice again and I will also be changing practices for my learning disabled sister who has been continually receiving a below par service.
