wasnt able to get app.so had to attend walk in,i wasnt happy to disclose my information with the receptionist.

If there is anything you have stated where we may be able to implement change and enhance our current level of service, please be assured we will explore this further. As our practice protocol to triage at reception and ensure appropriate use of appointment slot, our reception staff are required to ask what the reason is that the patient wishes to see the clinician for, this is to ensure that a) you are booked with the appropriate clinical personnel b) so that it gives the clinical personnel prior notice of your health concern prior to you entering the room c) this makes the appointment time slot run more efficiently as they have an insight as to what you present with prior to entering their clinical room d) this may assist in clinician running to time for their appointments. The self check in monitor needs to tell us who we are,otherwise we cannot be sure we have checked in properly.At the moment it only tells us we have checked in but does not identify us by name.

The self check in screen will not confirm names because the functionality of it is not set up in that way. Unfortunately we can not change this. It is linked directly to our booking screen so it knows by date of birth and who your appointment is with that you are checked in.
