The doctors are first class. The surgery is letting them down big time, there is no queue system, the telephone is mostly engaged, only same day appointments available and as there lines are always engaged there is no chance of getting a time slot booked that suits the patient, and simple things like the water cooler is always empty, website mislead about late appointments on Tuesday as they never are available. I can go on and on but the bottom line is for a surgery to be at a acceptable level it needs to have a balance between doctors and the customer services and this surgery clearly fails on the later . I can say with 100% conviction that this is bye far the worst surgery I have been registered to. Unfortunately considering changing the surgery
