The receptionist is rude and condescending. the receptionist looks down on you , there is absolutely NO consideration or empathy , she made me feel as though i was something that she had stepped in with the way that she spoke to me. this has made me very upset and rather annoyed with the way i have been treated and spoken to. This occured on 24/09/2018 between 17.00 - 17.30 The lady receptionist with the headscarf. This is NOT the 1st Time that she has made me feel like this!
