I strongly object to the lack of privacy in the waiting room - my name on the display and being called out.

Dear Patient I am sorry to learn of your views on the lack of privacy in the waiting room with the call board system. We as a commissioning group introduced the call boards into all practices and I assure you this was with vast consideration and due diligence for privacy of our patients. Historically patients names were verbally called out by the clinician and so we are now using technology as an alternative. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Business Manager.
