Receptionists: yes- Bridget + Doreen + Julie + the nurse Cara. 1) I visited the surgery this morning to find a 'Polite Notice' to stand back from the Reception area for privacy which i entirely agree with as we,patients, need some sort of privacy and not let others overhear our conversations. However did not like the 2nd paragraph asking patients not to lean forward over the Reception station which one would find very hard to do as they would get a crick in the neck + would not have a computer memory to memorize the computer screen! 2) When ringing for an appt , i have to hear this recording ova and ova again which is unnecessary to hear this long recording whilst waiting to speak to one of the staff. Once is ample.
