I am very disappointed with the surgery's move from Denbigh St to the Marven clinic.There are far too many patients at this practice and people who work in Pimlico are registered also-which cant be right! We are unable to see a GP of our choosing without having to wait 2-3 weeks,which is unacceptable. I am aware of several friends who have moved from this practice for this very reason,so,regrettably i shall be thinking of doing so. In addition there is no privacy in the reception area as patients can be overheard when private details are being given. When one phones to make an appt,the recording is far too long and then when we are holding on to speak to someone at the other end,the whole recording is playing again! which is tedious and unneccessary.
