The reviews on this website are so at odds with the NHS ones - so who is writing them?
My main concerns are that
1. getting an appointment can be so difficult - a long wait outside for 'walk in' or sometimes weeks ahead if booked, and
2. the manner of some of the receptionists, who can be very offhand.
I know that the NHS is under tremendous pressure, but this is about mutual respect.
