Always manage to try and fit in an appointment as soon as possible. All medical staff very nice also receptionist's.The Sutton Benger Surgery is very well run. Thankyou.

Appointment ran late due to technical problems in-house but we were accommodated and seen by another doctor to reduce waiting time - without asking but 40 mins late. Just one of those things and happy we were kept informed but could have been done sooner.

Patford House Surgery is the best Gp Surgery I have ever belonged too. Dr Else & Dr Hughes have gone above and beyond for myself and daughter and I am extremely grateful to them. I have been seen over the last few years by various Dr’s and nurses and they have all been knowledgable and kind. The reception has a lot to juggle and they are always polite and helpful , especially a fairly recent member to join the team. Under constant pressure to provide excellent service with NHS cuts and waiting lists this Surgery Excels. Thank you for your care
