Doctors amazing receptionist rude and impolite and unable to help suit an appointment around me only what suited her

I saw Amy the nurse dealing with annual blood pressure checkups. She was so helpful and put me at my ease. Explained everything so well and encouraged me I feel supported and positive in trying to make some changes in my life that will help with my health.
