In light of the current situation, I was reluctant to contact the surgery. However, as always, the Reception Staff were very accommodating and helpful. A video consultation was arranged within the hour. Pippa was lovely and put me at ease straight away. She was extremely thorough and professional in her approach. Medication was recommended; Pippa even text the details through to me as clarification. I was so reassured, especially when invited to contact them again if my symptoms persisted. I can't praise them highly enough. An excellent service. Thank you very much.

Due to the surgery being closed my Appointment on the 22nd April was cancelled, and remade via video on the 2nd April, the only problem was the appointment on the 22nd was made for a particular reason regards a hospital letter after major surgery during a c section so the video call on the 2nd was useless as not enough time had passed to hear back from the hospital
