I phoned due to pain in 1 eye The surgery phoned me back with a time for a phone call this happened. The Dr was very kind and did not make a fuss as this was a minor thing in todays world. I was able to walk to the surgery where I picked up a cream, This all went very well My eye feels much better now. Thank you Enid Baldwin

There was a little confusion as to where I needed to go for my appointment. Several reminder texts gave the incorrect surgery for the appointment. I filled out a covid 19 symptom form, then got another request for the form to be filled out again the evening before the appointment. When I got to the correct surgery there was little social distancing initially while waiting for the appointment to be confirmed. The use of texts to remind patients of their appointments is a great idea, but they need to be accurate as if I had gone to the wrong surgery I would have missed my appointment. Does anyone check my notes to see that I filled out the covid form? Sending the second form at 19.46 the night before the appointment is a bit late.

Excellent telephone consultation, only problem was my iPad link with its camera did not work. The person I spoke with was patient and helpful she listened to my problems and identified my complaint. A prescription was provided which I picked up at the pharmacy within 1 hour. Thanks
