Always prompt and friendly service. I never feel rushed by the doctors. Pharmacy is well stocked and only a few times in 20 years have they had to order in a medication and there was a slight delay. The telephone consultations they are doing now are brilliant. I rang at about 11:30 and was promptly booked for a callback between 14:30 and 16:00. Had my callback at about 14:45 and the prescribing nurse spent about 30 minutes on the phone with me. Very thorough, polite and explained everything I needed to know.

On June 2nd I phoned to request help as I had an inscect bite which had turned maroon The practice nurse rang me and prescribed cream and antihistamine tablets telling me I could ring again if I felt it had deteriated, One week later I phoned again as it had gone into 2 tiny holes,( I was frightened of an ulser developing. Again the nurse phoned me and was very nice, Thank you for taking the trouble to reassure me and make me feel I was not causing a great deal of fuss . Thank You Enid Baldwin.

I accessed the surgery via the doctorlink app. The doctor phoned me back for a consultation within an hour, decided he should see me & made an appointment the same day. all covid precautions were taken during the examination. He decided I should have an ultra sound scan & by the time I got home the hospital had phoned with an appointment for 1 week later. Excellent service, could not be improved

Thank you very much to the advanced practitioner who kindly helped me recently through a video call. It was reassuring in this lockdown time. Thank you also to all the fantastic doctors and nurses and pharmacy and reception staff at the Sutton Benger surgery for all the great support they always offer. It is too often taken for granted, we are so lucky to have you and are hugely grateful for such a superb caring local practice.
