This is reviewing the COVID inoculation only. The pre-Information was very timely and the appointment followed in a timely manner. The appointment itself was very well organised and safe. The inoculation was simple and the paperwork was very efficient and everyone was pleasant and organised. Thank you NHS and everyone at the Surgery

Received a text message on my very basic mobile phone asking me to comment at www.iwantgreatcare.orgt/gpsurgeries/patford-house-surgery-partnership/review on my experience at your Covid-19 mass vaccination clinic. Was unable to connect with the site named so have provided my views here.

I do not recall having attempted to book and appointment with any Patford House Partnership staff in a number of years. When I was not called in for my annual health check and contacted the surgery following my 81st birthday appointments were immediately arranged for both myself and my wife. We have always been very pleased with the excellent service provide by the Patford House Partnership team. Thank you all.

COVID apt given to us. Question doesn’t apply.

If I was going to catch Covid it would be at the Northlands surgery. I took my 95 year old mother in a wheelchair. The staff and volunteers were lovely and efficient. The parking was difficult, blocking the road. The corridors too narrow and rooms too small. No social distancing at all. I understand the need for people to walk to the surgery but why this place? My husband had his flu jab at Calne football club which worked really well apparently. I felt really disappointed as I do my best to avoid Covid.
