Appointment was sorted via text messages. I gave up trying to get appointments by phone some time ago - hopeless! I now email my GP direct if I have concerns.

I was seen by an amazing doctor (Dr Kathryn Hughes) who discussed everything with me and I felt listened to.
For bloods I was seen by a new practice nurse (sorry didn’t catch her name). She is from Wales. She was lovely, put me as ease and was friendly.

I got my appointment within a week through DoctorLink which was excellent. I haven’t been able to get an appointment by phone or in person for a long time

We do still welcome telephone calls for appointments and we do have an escalation route for patients who don't have access to online services. In addition to this we have a member of staff in post, Paula is here to engage individually with patients to ensure they have access to all services available to them.
