I have been very impressed how everything has been dealt with from timely appointments, communication during appointments, speedy test results and access to clinical records, as well as referrals. Thank you for making things less stressful in a difficult time.

The worst surgery. Unable to get an appointment, when you finally get through to reception after being on hold they are unbelievably rude. Communication is terrible, received a text in the late evening when i was asleep telling me I had an appointment first thing the next morning- despite being told there were no appointments and having to go through 111, suffice to say I missed the appointment as had not seen the text and they were very quick to tell me they'd strike me off if it happened again even though i have never missed an appointment before! Results not given, they don't call you back- ended up having to request my medical history on airmid where it was written they were concerned about cancer yet this was the first I had heard of it. Inundated with texts about needing to book an appointment yet no available appointments for 3 months which is fine yet continue to be constantly texted after finally being able to book telling me I still need to book, unsure whether my booked appointment is still booked yet cannot get through on the phone to confirm! Shocking.

This is by far the worst GP surgery I have been too! Please please please get a phone! When I call the number they NEVER ANSWER. We are told they have Doctor Link app, which didn't work, then a few weeks later told they have got rid of that new system and now have MedLoop, which again doesn't work. It is dreadful, there is no process for making an appointment. They are located in Calne with a high proportion of elderly people who do not have the internet and they are expected to download an app!!! The receptionist are useful, I see no point in then, rude uncaring and frankly have no idea what they are doing!

My 11 year old son was there for a flu vaccine. The nurse doing the vaccine also noticed he hadn’t yet receive a pneumonia vaccine so did that as well at the same appointment. All the staff are always so helpful and go above and beyond to make sure myself and my family have the best care. Thank you everyone. You’re all amazing.
