Everyone knows how busy GP surgeries are these days - the callback function for appointment booking is really helpful. I was able to get an appointment for a blood test in two days. Considering the challenges across the whole NHS, I couldn’t have asked for better.

Francesca was so very helpful. She turned what could have been a lengthy process into a jock And easy one. Very professional and knowledgeable about what was needed. She took a lot worry off my shoulders. Excellent.

I rang the surgery which took a little while to get answered but once through, Francesca was so very helpful. Very pleasant and professional. She took a lot of worry off my shoulders by understanding what help I needed and foreseeing what help I would need in the future. So very nice to have a receptionist who cannot do enough for you.

The reason for this feedback is to say how utterly amazing the reception staff are. I have had reason to speak with many of them over the past year or so and not once have I been made to feel like I’m a bother (I hate calling because I know how busy they are and I don’t want to be a pain). They really have been top notch and for that I want to say a big thank you. It really makes such a difference because I hear horror stories from my friends about when they call their doctor’s surgery for help and Patford House Partnership front of house staff are not like that in any way. I would also like to add that the nurse I have had dealings with recently, who I had to see on multiple occasions about what turned into a rather comical situation, was fantastic. Thank you, Nurse Sally, for persevering with me in what wasn’t the easiest of things to deal with.
