Francesca was brilliant. She was so helpful and polite and really put me at ease. A better manner than many of the nurses I've seen in the past to be honest!

Francesca was extremely helpful on the phone call. She was efficient and caring. Exactly what I needed at the time. The call back facility is a vast improvement as I was 18 in the queue! Just now need a real human voice instead of a robot on the phone messages.

Replace the robot with a real human voice on the phone messages.

The doctor’s, nurse’s and staff are so caring. They have helped me immensely and promptly! I have a phobia of hospitals and doctors, yet they make me feel relaxed and calm.

Called today for an appointment. Followed instructions on automotive system to press 0 for call back. This was at lunch and still waiting for that call back. Called in at 6.15pm and waited 15mins for anyone to appear In reception to talk to. Really disappointed with service today.

Call logs to be looked into and fixed if there’s a problem and someone to be on reception until door is locked for end of day
