The nurse was friendly and helpful managed to get my blood with minimal problems, no problem booking in as it's all done on a check in screen

Suggested improvements
Phone calls always take too long to get answered and to long to get a GP appointment to speak to or be seen by one

I was able to get an appointment with a doctor within a day. She was very helpful and I felt that she cared about my problem. I couldn’t fault it.

I feel that everything I expected has been done. I have been referred to other medical treatment units.

Appointment was by invitation for health check and following that to make an appointment for bloods. Very limited options available and I have to go back to surgery to make latter as none available.

Suggested improvements
The activity questions during health check do not reveal activity level accurately, likely as different interpretation of meaning of brisk / fast walking to different people.
