Appt provided quickly, everyone efficient when I got there.

Suggested improvements
It wasnt clear on the text where the appointment was and last time I was in Beversbrook so I went all the way across Calne to hear I was in the wrong place. The Receptionist told me if the text said Patford House Partnership it would be at Patford House but as a Beaversbrook patient and the group name being under the heading Patford House Partnership then how would I know? Very annoying.

It was a really bad appointment I went for a blood test which didn’t happen because the doctor couldn’t find my vain and only put the needle in one arm before giving up. Now I have to go to Bath hospital because of the incompetence of one doctor.

Give me a doctor that can take a blood test would be great.

I arrived slightly early for my appointment and seen almost straight away. My appointment was with Loay who I have seen several times. He is always so friendly and puts you at ease. He is such a warm and welcoming member of the practice and it is always a delight to visit him.

Suggested improvements
Turn off the awful music in the waiting room.

I love Patford House. Its like going back in time before the disastrous partnership. Lovely receptionists. Smiley relaxed patients who chat to each other. Such a massive contrast to Beversbrook. Nurse Jordan Willis is a breath of fresh air. Absolutely lovely. Dr Church was very nice and caring, and I never once felt rushed. This was actually two appointments as Dr Church asked for a blood test and I was given an appointment the very next day with Jordan. All in all, my experience, at a difficult time for me, was very relaxed and I felt that the staff actually cared.

Suggested improvements
As the partnership looks like its here to stay, the only thing that could be better in the future would be if all my appointments were at Patford House.
