Appt provided quickly, everyone efficient when I got there.

Suggested improvements
It wasnt clear on the text where the appointment was and last time I was in Beversbrook so I went all the way across Calne to hear I was in the wrong place. The Receptionist told me if the text said Patford House Partnership it would be at Patford House but as a Beaversbrook patient and the group name being under the heading Patford House Partnership then how would I know? Very annoying.
