What a complete mess they texted me to say my appointment had been cancelled so I phoned waited 3/4 hour to get a pick up then she said she cannot here me and put the phone down on me! So Rude I went to surgery to be told I did have a appointment at 10am so I said when were you going to inform me I had this appointment she said we did so I showed her my phone there was NO message if I had not gone to the surgery I would not have had my appointment it’s a complete shambles

Suggested improvements
Ok so there is no need to keep people waiting on the phone for 3/4 hour there was only 3 in front of me it’s always the same you can never get through the receptionist are rude this was never like this don’t know what happened but it was not for the better I am not the only one complaining about the state of trying to get through to this doctors why should it take nearly one hour to pick up the phone when there are only 3 people infront it’s a disgrace when you are really ill and trying to get help you don’t need having to hang on the phone so long only to have the phone put down on you
