I had a scan on my abdomen and the surgery arranged to contact me by phone to discuss my results. Because I had an emergency dental appointment and the clinician was unable to contact me by phone, I was given a face to face appointment the very next day. The doctor spent time drawing a diagram and took time to inform me of my options. The doctor also gave me information on another problem I mentioned. I was very pleased with the surgery and the doctors involved even though neither of them were my regular doctor.

Suggested improvements
Initially I wasn’t pleased when Patford House merged with Beversbrook. However I now think that the merger was a good thing because patients have more opportunities to see a doctor face to face even though you may need to travel to a different surgery and see a different doctor.
