I have been registered here since 2004 and have received the best possible service from an NHS practice. A real plus point used to be the telephone system which told you of the queue length in front of you prior to being able to speak to the appointment booking service. Now it has gone backwards (system changed, I imagine) and no information is given - you just have to keep hanging on until you are answered. For me this is a really frustrating and negative and I can't imagine why the surgery decided to regress - cheaper, perhaps? THE CALL SYSTEM NEEDS TO BE INCLUDED IN THESE REVIEWS - IF IT HAD I WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT ONLY 2 STARS!
