Fiona Young was amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. She listened to me and was interested in my answers. Fantastic!!
Suggested improvements
It was confusing regarding getting the appointment as I had a check with a nurse 5 or 6 weeks before this who just checked my blood pressure and didn’t know why I was there. I thought it was the HRT check up. I then had to wait another 5/6 weeks for this appointment which meant I could only have a months supply of HRT at a time.
Having been seen by Fiona it was worth the wait, she is brilliant!!
