Sometimes long waits to get through on the telephone.

Suggested improvements
Nothing! My appointment was on time…. only a routine blood test /bp check but carried out cheerfully, patiently and efficiently. I have always been happy with my encounter's with the Patford team. I did have issues with telephone/technical systems some while ago but all recent communication has been excellent.
