Quite difficult to get through on the phone. Easier to go to surgery, however not always possible due to work commitments.

Our call volumes do indeed continue to be high and we are pleased to say have been successful in recruiting and putting in place training for the new staff. We are also hoping that our telephone technology can be enhanced moving forward in order to offer better and more effective choices to patients.
