Unable to book an appointment with Dr Cook. Receptionist unable to assist, unable to book online. Very unfriendly surgery and online booking system. Am at a point where I'm not interested in seeing a Dr about my problems. 4 weeks to get a blood appointment. Probably too late as I finished my medication 3 weeks before. Telling receptionist it is important means nothing, not at all helpful

Suggested improvements
Friendlier more efficient receptionist. Get rid of your online system.
