Had to ring for an appointment needed today. I really like the new onhold music and the fact they now inform you how far along in the queue you are. I found this helped alot for me to stay patient while waiting for my call to be answered

Thank you so much for this positive review - it is most welcomed and appreciated. We have found the investment in our new telephone systems is meeting some of the requested changes that patients wanted.
