Using the telephone to contact the surgery (Beversbrook) is pointless, have tried a number of times to no avail. Actually making an urgent appointment is an obstacle course of multiple choice questions which very often don’t fit the symptoms

When a receptionist says they are going to ring the pharmacy to actually do it
