Appointment was sorted via text messages. I gave up trying to get appointments by phone some time ago - hopeless! I now email my GP direct if I have concerns.
Suggested improvements
I was dealt with by Jordan, who not only did the bloods asked for but also did those for my annual review when I showed her Beversbrook’s text, as well as checking my weight and blood pressure & testing urine sample. This will save NHS time/costs as well as being much more convenient for me. BP was a bit too high, so Jordan gave me a personalised chart to take a week’s readings at home - I had already mentioned having my own monitor. She will inform Dr Church to whom a photo of my chart will be sent when complete - I will email it. Thanks to Jordan - a relaxed and friendly (and very efficient) appointment.
