I was 4 minutes late because my daughter fell over in the car park and cut her lip, because of this I was not allowed to attend my appointment and told the nurse had already moved on to the next patient! To add to this I asked the receptionist if she had a tissue for my little ones bleeding face to which she told me she had none?! In a doctors surgery you have no form of tissues to aid in a cut lip on a 1 year old?! Absolutely shocking, disgusting, disgraceful service! You should be ashamed of the way you would treat and injured baby!

Suggested improvements
If the nurse had moved onto the next patient why was I not offer their slot that was after mine?! If my appointment was a block of 10/15 minutes why was my appointment passed onto the next person before my time slot had even finished?!
