Friendly reception staff always try to resolve issues even when available doctors appointments are in short supply. Access to practice nurses, other staff, phone consultations etc help meet many patients needs. I feel confident with any of the doctors and indeed any of the other staff. Use of SMS, other IT systems are handy & information leaflets etc are well displayed. Supporting advice on maintaining a healthy life style good.
