My symptom is quite chronic and sometimes it is flared up by some factors. Dr listened my story fully and took each concern seriously, and took my anxiety away.

Speed of seeing the doctor during quick access.
I understand it may be tough to arrange under quick access but I see a different doctor each time, and so need to explain things again.
