I have been registered with this practice since 2000; and I have always been treated with respect and dignity by all members of staff. This practice has been helpful and understanding with all my medical needs and access to doctors when necessary and made life easy by getting regular prescriptions sent to my pharmacy of choice on time. 5 star GP practice. Seen by Doctor in reasonable time. Seen with care and compassion. I wonder if it would have been helpful to the doctor to know in advance (from check in) why I was attending, as it was a walk-in appointment. I had a rash a couple months back which turned out was shinges and I had been asked at check in.
