Was seen promptly, given a quick access for my daughter immediately. Doctor was thorough and sympathetic, listened to my comments suggestions and took time.

Dr Bender has been outstanding in the level of care and concern she has demonstrated while treating me for an ongoing complaint. She has excessively explored all channels to solve my medical problems. Her efforts have been very much appreciated. Nothing could be improved! My treatment has been first class.

All the doctors and nurses are very good whatever treatment you are having. I attend a regular clinic and find it very helpful.

Once again Park End Surgery comes up trumps. A small anxiety over the weekend, a quick access appointment within half-an-hour on Monday morning, and a phone call from the Royal Free as soon as I get home, offering a specialist appointment within 2 weeks. Amazing. Thank you7 very much.

Hello The service is very good,and the practice is good - however it is difficult to get an appointment. I requested an appointment with Dr Bendor, on 8 November and was given a telephone appointment for today, 16 November, between 10.00 and 13.00, as the first availability - and this has I cancelled my work and stayed at home so this could take place. I really need to speak to her – I am in pain, and would like to discuss the best way forward. She hasn’t called me. this is unacceptable. Regards Marion
