Doctors very good but the receptionists (thorough no fault of their own) are constantly on the phone so it is impossible to get through. I suggest another phone time and 1 more receptionist.

I would recommend this surgery for then doctor/patient care. However, one of the recepcionists is very unpleasant and not only rude on the phone, but even more so in person. Makes the whole experience rather off-putting as she is the first point of contact with the surgery. I also worry she is the one in charge of training future recepcionists.
