All the staff are helpful and seen efficient although it is not easy to get an appointment with own doctor. I like the system of getting an constant ten minute appointment.

Have needed very little care but it would be nice - though probably impossible - to get a routine appointment with the doctor I am used to at reasonably short notice (say 10 days).
