Positive. - Reasonable wait time on quick access apt. - Flexible service, and accommodating to changing conditions/circumstances or unanticipated requirements. Negative. - Often difficult to reach on phone. - Inconsistent follow through, requires repeated follow up calls to make corrections or avoid mistakes or 'falling through cracks'. - Prescriptions often incorrect, or missed entirely causing delays and continuing problem of medicine.
