I got to see a doctor without an appointment (as one can any morning). The waiting room is clean, tidy and cheerful. Lots of magazines, comfy seats, sunshine coming in.

Very efficient in terms of time. Perhaps on some occasions 15 minutes may not be sufficient to get to the bottom of the problem. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. Practice is very clean and pleasant.

Ability to book quick access appt. On the phone instead of in person. Phone lines first thing in the morning get too clogged up.

Efficient, courteous, thoughtful. Very well managed and helpful reception. Improvements: if there standards are maintained this is an achievement.

I have been with park end for over 20 years. All the doctors are nice and helpful. I get good care and have no complaints. Its a well run surgery which is always clean.
