The only good timing about this surgery is one of the receptionists- suzanne. All other staff are made, unhelpful and inconsiderate regarding five different ailments. Resulting in conditions worsening. They have incorrect info on my medical records which as yet I have not been able to change. Very very badly run surgery mainly rude and surly staff at reception particularly a young Asian boy who should not be administering medical advice.
