Receptionists (I dealt with several) were well-informed and helpful. Arranged a test at very short notice and sorted out a prescription problem most efficiently. My only slight beef would be over the telephone menu system: is it actually necessary or useful to have so many options given that you end up, for most of them, with the same receptionist answering. Generally, after many years as a patient here, still a great surgery, highly recommended.

Everything. This surgery is excellent from the brilliant reception area and receptionists to the friendly helpful doctors. I could not rate it 'more'.

The surgery is fine on compassion but quite inefficient in my experience. I have come with my mother many times, all of which have been unsatisfactory. Today, for the first time, we saw Dr Radia. He listened and granted our request to see a osteoarthritis specialist - something we have been requesting for over 3 years. Well done - eventually.
