I have looked to have a smear test done and two times it has been cancelled by the surgery. The reason for this is McLean but apparently the nurses was on annual leave so it appears that somebody has been booking appointments w/out checking properly. This has delayed my test twice and caused descriptions for me at work. Perhaps you should investigate and ensure errors like this are minimized. Thank you.

Attended emergency doctor at once, service was excellent as was the receptionist.

We have been lucky to register with this surgery, way back in 1981 when we arrived in London. Our three children and ourselves have had the best care we could have hoped for, consistently for the last 34 years. I recommend it to everyone, and until the recent changes to the rules we would not have moved out of Hampstead to remain with the surgery. I guess that says it all. We have total trust in all the fine doctors there, and we have had a good experience with every single one of them. Note the special fondness for doctor Stuart with whom I share a love of oysters... The surgery is modern and light with a lovely feel in the reception area. I give them 10 out of ten and more if I could. Lately it has been hard to contact them on the phone. Receptionist, please try to answer that phone! That will be my only constructive comment.
