I called at 9:15 and was given at 9:40 time. Yet I waited till pat 10:15 once I arrived! They must have known quick access Dr's were running late when I called. Many quick access Dr's waited 10 minutes between one person leaving.

Late evenings. I work from 8:00 -18:30/1900. 8:00 pm appointments one or two evenings per week. Alternatively Sat morning appointments should be made available.

Doctors are great, v.efficient and kind. Was not made clear to me that I needed to re-check myself in for quick access appointment so I ended up waiting almost 2 hours..! Maybe clarity that procedure.

From helpfully getting a quick access appointment, was sent for a blood test right away. Had to go into hospital - very grateful to Dr Martin for her care and attention in spotting what could have been life threatening. Was seriously ill and did not realise... Cheerful and kind and professional. The best doctors and support staff. Very grateful.
